In the June issue of Gambero Rosso there is a special classification of handmade bresaola … and ours came first!

We are delighted to receive this accolade, and also to see the recognition that is being given to the production of handmade cured meats; it is important to see this interest in research, attention to raw materials and the desire to suppress the use of chemicals.
